DIY WELLNESS ROLLER - Adult & Child
HERE IS A QUICK AND EASY ROLLER BOTTLE RECIPE TO TAKE WITH YOU ON-THE-GO! IT'S HELPFUL TO APPLY THIS ROLLER BEFORE PRESCHOOL, GYMNASTICS, THE ZOO, THE GROCERY STORE, THE PARK OR PLAYGROUND...ANYWHERE YOU OR YOUR CHILDREN WILL BE TOUCHING SHARED SURFACES!
KID DILUTION ROLLER BLEND: (AGES 3-8)
- 5 drops Purification essential oil
- 5 drops Thieves essential oil
- 5 drops Frankincense essential oil
- 3 drop Lemon essential Oil
- 1 drop Oregano essential oil (optional)
- V-6 Oil (from Young Living) or other coconut oil of your choice
- 15 drops Purification essential oil
- 15 drops Thieves essential essential oil
- 10 drops Frankincense essential oil
- 5 drops Lemon essential oil
- 10 drop Oregano essential oil
- V-6 Oil (from Young Living) or other coconut oil of your choice
- DIFFUSE a support blend of 4 drops of Purification essential oil, 4 drops of Thieves essential oil, and 4 drops of Lemon essential oil.
- DRINK Thieves Vitality tea often (hot water, 2-3 drops Thieves Vitality oil, 2 drops lemon vitality oil, 2 drops Copaiba Vitality oil, 1/2 organic lemon, 1 tbsp honey).
- SOAK in Wellness Bath Salts once a day (2 cups Epsom Salt, 3 drops Purification oil, 3 drops Thieves oil. Use 1 cup per bath).
- INGEST Immune-Capsule (recipe on this page) or Inner Defense supplement 2 times per day (with food), every 12 hours. ALSO take a quality Probiotic (we take Young Living's Life 9 Probiotic: Item #: 18299)
