DIY: SOOTHING SHOWER VAPOR DISCS:
THESE EASY-TO-MAKE VAPOR DISCS ARE A GREAT SOURCE OF COMFORT WHEN YOU ARE NEEDING RESPIRATORY SUPPORT! THE DISCS CREATE A EUCALYPTUS-INFUSED STEAM ROOM EXPERIENCE IN YOUR SHOWER!
INGREDIENTS:

25 drops Peppermint essential oil

25 drops R.C. essential oil
-
3 cups of baking soda
-
1 tablespoon cornstarch
-
1/2 teaspoon salt
-
1/3 cup filtered water, plus 2 tablespoons of filtered water

Muffin tin
-
Muffin tin liners (paper or silicone)

Fill the muffin tin with liners. In a small bowl, mix baking soda, salt and cornstarch together.

Slowly add enough water to create a paste. Spoon the mixture into muffin tin liners (about 1 tablespoon of mixture for each vapor disc) and let them dry overnight.

Once they harden, add 3-5 drops of Peppermint and 3-5 drops of R.C essential oils on the top of each disc and let them dry for one hour.

Once they are dry, remove the liner and place inside your shower (in the direct line of water to help break it down) for a eucalyptus-infused steam. Breath in deeply and enjoy some relief!

Store the rest of the vapor discs in an air-tight container.

These can also be used as "bath bombs" and dropped directly into a warm bath to dissolve.
